How we researched what 'good' looks like for an AI-first consultancy website — six parallel agents, one synthesis.
We didn’t start with opinions about the site — we started with a question and six agents. Each took one angle (modern web design, AI-first positioning, artifact libraries, the technical build, information architecture, demonstrating capability), read current sources, and returned structured findings.
The convergent finding surprised even us: for an AI-first firm, the published body of work is the product — not a business card with a blog. That reframing is why this very library exists.
